My Ford C-Max has been an amazing car for the time I've had it! Unfortunately I've only been out in it a handful of times but I'm due to take it Liverpool soon, so I can see how it gets on. Great work from the team at Luv Car Loans. The whole application process was simple and not once was there any pressure to go ahead with the finance.

A month on since picking up my car, and it's been lovely! I've been driving it everywhere and haven't had any issues, it's been brilliant. I can't remember who looked after my loan application, but they handled everything perfectly and not once did I feel pressured to go ahead with anything I wasn't 100% on.

Wow, honestly, I cannot thank Luv Car enough. Selina handled everything, she was extremely polite, patient, and understanding about my circumstances. Not once did I feel pushed or backed into a corner. Selina was very quick to contact dealers for information, and she found me the car at the right price. I recently had the pleasure of working with Sam at Luv Car and I couldn't be more impressed. Sam is an incredibly experienced advisor who really knows his stuff. He answered every question I had with ease. Despite my English not being the best, Sam was patient and explained things so well. If there was anything I didn't understand, he would rephrase it until everything made sense to me. His dedication to clear communication made the whole process stress-free. I would rate Luv Car 9 out of 10 , let's be honest, no one is perfect. However, Sam and the team came pretty close!

If I could describe Luv Car in two words, it would be simply amazing. The loan advisor—I cannot remember his name now—was such a lovely guy and someone you could have a joke and a giggle with. Everything was explained in layman's terms, so it all made perfect sense to me. My Fiat 500 is a brilliant little car and drives like a dream. A solid five-star service, and one that I won't forget in a hurry.

To be honest, I haven't got a bad word to say about my experience while purchasing my Renault Megane. Michele was more than helpful while I was trying to find the perfect car. She would send me regular pictures of the cars she found that fit my criteria, she was very patient while I was making my decision.
